ECMI developed through time, as a result of expanding support provided by RLM-PC, a group of computer technology consultants, providing solutions for data and networking issues facing companies and government agencies for well over fifteen years.  As our clients moved into the 21st century, we found they required support regarding energy and facility related issues as well as IT solutions.  To respond to these energy related client needs, we formed RLM-Energy Control Group to provide these services at the same high level of professionalism as our IT services have been in the past.  RLM-EC has now evolved into Environmental Controls & Methods, Inc. our current organization.

To better support our clients with energy related issues, ECMI has developed relationships with various companies who we feel are the industry leaders in the "Green Technologies", "Clean Energy", "Energy Efficient Products", and "Water Quality and Treatment" fields.

We feel that our relationships with various clean energy source companies will in no way interfere with our goal to present our clients with the best solutions available to meet their needs, but rather to enhance our offerings, just as we do for our IT data and networking clients.  We firmly believe that we are not here to sell products, but to provide the best possible solutions for the problems facing our clients.  Our goal is to help our client address these important issues.
