ECMI Sales Network Structure

The ECMI Sales Network Structure is designed to provide our Dealer Network with flexibility in determining how to be involved with us. Independent Dealers may engage in sales promotions specific to their company. Contact your local ECMI Dealer to determine what special offers they may be offering.

Dealer Type	Coverage	Support
Representative	Various	ECMI Direct Company Representatives. ECMI Representatives are independent reps who may also represent other product lines not necessarily associated with ECMI or our vendors.
Distributor	Sate/Multiple States	Independent Stocking Dealer providing state or multiple state sales & technical support. All Distributors are "Participating Dealers".
Participating Dealer	Company Specific	Independent Stocking Dealer providing local sales support. Participates in all ECMI promotions.
Dealer	Company Specific	Independent Stocking Dealer providing local sales support. May participate in ECMI promotions.
Associate	Company Specific	An ECMI Associate Recommends, specifies, and may provide some end user support. Associates are typically consulting firms or independent consultants.
OEM Dealer*	Company Specific	Provides ECMI products as optional equipment with their own current line of products. (i.e. boilers or water heaters) *May provide end-user sales in some cases.
